furyhawk c84b7d1123 feat: Add backup script for exporting data ...

This commit adds a new backup script, `backup.sh`, which exports various data directories using the `vackup.sh` command. The exported data includes core_traefik-public-certificates, apps_jellyfin_config, docmost_docmost_redis_data, openwebui_open_webui, outline_outline_redis_data, portainer_portainer-data, searxng_searxng_data, searxng_valkey_data2, and services_postgres_data.
