test(codemode): give the limits tests room on slow runners

These tests build 10k-element values on purpose. Locally the file takes
400ms; on the Windows runner it is about 20x slower (strings 621ms,
arrays 2989ms, promises over 5000ms) and the promises test now trips
Bun's 5s default. Set an explicit timeout on all three.
